David Elya and Hank Mendez have been licensed since 1991. Over the years, they have been very productive agents at Century 21, RE/MAX. and Realty Executives. In 2001 they had the desire to start their own real estate office. Their goals were simple. Provide agents with a professional, fun place to work at a reasonable price! As active/working owners, they knew what tools were necessary in order for their agents to be successful. After a short time, they realized that they needed a larger office to help their fellow agents succeed. In early 2002, they committed to move into larger offices. Their brand new, nearly 4000 square foot office, is designed to be state-of-the-art in layout and agent services.
In 2008 they decided to affiliate with WEICHERT, REALTORS®.
